One Campaign Editor. Now Every Channel.

Templates, bulk sends, scheduling, and comparison now work identically, whether you’re sending by email or SMS.

We’ve been busy upgrading FLG’s email editor this year, and now SMS gets the same treatment, because a lead that goes cold while you’re building a campaign by hand isn’t a lead you’re converting.

A redesigned SMS experience brings text messages up to that standard: a proper template builder, a bulk SMS editor, the option to schedule a campaign for exactly the right moment, and a comparison view that shows what actually worked..

Why This Matters

Most small sales teams already text their customers. A reminder here, a confirmation there. What’s been missing is the structure email campaigns have had for a while: a plan you can see ahead of time, a moment you actually chose rather than whatever was free, and a clear picture of what happened once it landed.

Being effective with SMS isn’t about hitting send more often. It’s about reaching the right lead at the right moment, with a message that moves them to the next step and cost and control built in rather than bolted on.

What’s New

SMS templates, now with the same feel as email. Build and save a text template using the same experience as email templates. The capability’s been there, but it now looks and works the way you’d expect. It’s plain text rather than a designed layout, since SMS doesn’t need formatting, but it carries the same merge tags as email, a live count of characters and segments as you type, and a link to a specific lead group so the right message reaches the right audience.

Bulk sending, brought in line with email. Select an audience, choose a template or write something new, and send to everyone at once. Same flow as before, rebuilt to match email campaigns.

Scheduling that matches email. Set a date and time and let FLG handle the rest, using the same scheduling option email campaigns already have. No more sending a text the moment it’s finished because that’s when you happened to be at your desk.

See what’s coming before it lands. Check every SMS campaign you’ve got scheduled, review what’s about to go out, and alter the send time if plans change, all before anything sends. Once a campaign’s gone, get the stats on that individual send: delivered, failed, replied, so you know exactly what happened.

Comparison, so you’re not guessing. Place up to three completed SMS campaigns side by side and see what actually landed: sent, delivered, replied, bounced, each one measured against the first. The same view you already use for email, now available for text.

Who Benefits Most

Teams who plan. Set a campaign to send at exactly the right moment, then move on. No more building a text and firing it off the second it’s ready because that’s when you happened to be free.

Teams who want visibility before anything goes out. See every SMS campaign you’ve got scheduled in one place, check what’s about to send, and change the time if plans shift, all before it lands.

Teams who want to know what worked.  Once a campaign’s sent, see the individual delivery stats, then compare it against past sends side by side.  No more guessing which message or send time actually performed.

Part of a Bigger Picture

Email became a sharper tool this year: scheduled instead of sent on impulse, measured instead of guessed at, another channel doing what FLG is built to do, turning leads into action instead of just recording them.

We’re excited to show how far the campaign editor has come, and we’d love you to join our webinar to see all the new functionality in action, including the refreshed SMS editor.
