FLG has partnered with sister brand Cymba, the go-to business for SMS and Rich Communications Services (RCS) messaging amongst charities and companies looking to improve campaign return on investment. The project brings WhatsApp directly into the FLG platform, making it easier than ever to connect with prospects through the world’s most popular messaging channel.

With around 3 billion people using WhatsApp every month – and 175 million messaging a business each day – it’s no surprise that FLG customers have been asking for WhatsApp to be part of their lead workflows. Until now, Meta’s strict compliance rules have made this difficult.

Through our collaboration with Cymba, FLG can now capture WhatsApp conversations directly against contact records. This keeps all prospect communications — whether email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp – in one place, giving sales teams the context they need to follow up faster and convert more leads.
