Bulk Email, Perfectly Timed.

New bulk email scheduling functionality is coming soon to FLG because timing your campaigns deliberately is a very different thing from timing them accidentally.

Bulk email campaigns in FLG aren’t new. But until now, you had to send immediately. If the timing wasn’t right, you either sent anyway or came back later and hoped you remembered.

A renewal reminder landing on a Friday afternoon. A reactivation campaign going out at 3:47 pm because that’s when you had five minutes. The campaign was good. The timing wasn’t. And you’ll never know what it could have achieved on a Tuesday morning.

Timing affects open rates. Scheduling in advance means you can plan campaigns around the right moment, rather than whenever you happen to be at your desk.

What’s New

Soon, you’ll be able to pick your audience, set a date and time, and let FLG handle the rest automatically. No babysitting. No coming back to click send.

  • Schedule any bulk email campaign to send at a specific date and time
  • View all your upcoming campaigns in one place under Planned Campaigns
  • Edit the scheduled time right up until it sends
  • Campaigns that have run move to Completed Campaigns, where you can review delivery outcomes for every recipient

Who benefits most?

Renewal reminders. Reactivation sequences. Anything where the moment matters as much as the message. Scheduling means you set it up when it suits you, and it lands when it suits your audience.

A Compliance Benefit You Can’t Ignore

For mortgage brokers, insurance advisers and equity release firms, how you communicate with customers isn’t just a commercial decision; it’s a regulatory one.

The FCA expects firms to demonstrate that customer communications were appropriate, timely and well-considered. A campaign that went out because someone happened to have five minutes free is difficult to defend. A planned campaign with a named audience, a scheduled send time and a completed delivery record against every recipient is a very different conversation.

Scheduling doesn’t just make your campaigns more effective. For regulated businesses, it makes them more defensible. That’s not a minor point; it’s the kind of operational discipline that protects the firm as well as the customer.

And for managers, the visibility alone is worth it. Seeing what’s queued, to whom, and when, before it sends, means you’re in control of your outbound communications in a way that immediate sending never allowed.

Coming Soon

Campaign scheduling will be available on selected FLG packages. When it lands, the scheduling option will be right there in the setup flow next time you run a bulk action from Search Leads.
