In 2010, when Milton Firman, an experienced legal professional, became concerned that cutbacks in public funding and rising legal costs meant that high-quality legal representation was no longer available to everyone, he launched The Legal Company – a national legal services company.
The Background
After years of relying on a secretary to support ongoing case management throughout his career, he wanted his new venture to be agile, more efficient, and less reliant on people to deliver the administrative support required to manage multiple cases at any given time.

Now, each and every client case file is easily identified and located. Additionally, The Legal Company can now send emails and letters, on an automated basis, from within the relevant client file. And, if correspondence needs to be issued at scale, bulk mailings can be issued to all of the business’s clients.
Through the FLG platform, each stage of the client journey can be quickly and easily documented. Likewise, through a daily task list, the platform notifies the relevant team members when specific stages have been reached.
