New department places FLG at the heart of operations

Founded in 2023 as a business committed to creating accessible, high-quality training opportunities for everyone, iMeta Training has become renowned for providing adult education in the UK’s fastest growing sectors.

The Background

When new starter Billy Bi left an existing FLG client and joined iMeta Training to lead a new department focused on bolstering the business’s education portfolio by launching commercial courses, she knew one thing: FLG had to come with her.

Making her case to the business’s CEO on joining, FLG was immediately incorporated as part of the team’s mission to generate leads for the brand new PRINCE2 project management qualification.

The Solution

On joining iMeta Training, the business was primarily using Monday as its CRM solution.

However, having spent the previous five-and-a-half years using FLG, Billy had grown accustomed to the platform’s intuitive UX and the ease with which it had managed all of the business’s leads.

As soon as FLG was in place, Billy and her team were quickly able to place leads gained via social media platforms into the FLG platform. Automated text responses were also integrated so that those interested in the PRINCE2 course were immediately informed that an iMeta representative would be in touch.

As the commercial team is expected to grow, so too will the lead management requirement. However, through FLG’s automation capabilities, the administration burden will be kept to a minimum.

As the wider team adopts FLG, it is expected that the platform will become the only CRM system used by the business.
