As you start to wind down for a well-deserved break, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your business and wish you a very Merry Christmas!

Our offices will close at around 3pm on Tuesday 24th December and will re-open in the new year on Thursday 2nd January at 9am.

It’s been an eventful year for us at FLG, with the addition of some exciting new product features, including:

  • Journeys, our drag and drop form building tool that you can now use to create customer-facing fact finds for them to complete themselves at their convenience.
  • Appointments, our scheduling tool that integrates with external calendars to keep your calls and meetings in perfect sync, as well as allowing customers to view your availability and book their preferred slot.
  • Voice, which has seen tight integrations with Aircall and CircleLoop to ensure every call is matched to the correct lead, keeping your call records compliant and up-to-date.

Looking ahead to 2020, we’re now planning our next developments which will focus on emails and further integration possibilities. We’ll also continue to make improvements to the core platform, listening to and acting on your feedback to guide us, with workflow and automation always at the forefront of our thinking.

We look forward to contributing to your success in 2020. Until then, it’s time to grab a mince pie and a glass of mulled wine!
