When you subscribe to FLG, you’re not just buying access to software – you get a team of people that will support you every step of the way. No matter which plan you choose, we offer telephone and email support as standard, with more hands-on support available on our Concierge plan.

What support comes as standard on all plans?

On our Plus and XL plans, you get the following support included in the monthly subscription:

  • Free telephone and email support
  • Answering ‘how to’ questions
  • Explaining how features work 
  • Guidance on using our tools
  • Access to our knowledge base.

 

Concierge – perfect if you’re smart, lazy, or both!

FLG is a flexible platform, allowing you to reach your goals with many different approaches. But flexibility can sometimes be confusing – how do you know which way is best?

Let us take care of it for you! In order for you to get the most out of your investment, our Concierge service allows you to get your account set up thoughtfully on your behalf, including advice on integrating with other applications.

You’ll get expert proactive set-up and consultation, plus a solid foundation from day one that will save you heaps of time and will pay dividends in the long run.

 

What extra support do I get on the Concierge plan?

On our Concierge plan, you get all of the standard support benefits, plus all the extra support listed below included in your monthly subscription:

  • Your account set up on your behalf, making it easier to switch from another CRM 
  • Hands-on assistance to get your account up and running as quickly as possible (including templates, forms, scripts, automated processes, direct integrations & reports)
  • Best practice guidance & consultancy to find the right approach to achieve what you need
  • We explore and implement solutions to overcome any issues you have with your current processes
  • Integrations consultancy for 3rd party solutions you wish to explore
  • ‘Hand-holding’ service that’s seldom available with other CRM providers, or comes with a premium price tag
  • ZERO set-up costs (which could cost you £1000s elsewhere)
